Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Time Trustworthy dedicated and skilled Caretaker/Manager for our 70 acres farm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in running equipment such as excavators and tractors. Equine and/or livestock experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate ongoing and future projects to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist owner in maintaining grounds
- Assist owner in caring for horse or livestock when needed.
- Supervise other contractors when needed.
- Understand Chainsaw and Heavy Equipment safety
Requirements
- NO SMOKERS
- Must be able to lift 70lbs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Must be able to check emails daily for project updates when needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must know how to safely operate equipment such as chain saws and other groundskeeping equipment.
