Tri Star at Blairsvile is looking for a motivated and talented salesperson. Salespersons are responsible for the selling of vehicles through their understanding and demonstration of characteristics, capabilities and features of the vehicles.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Begin each day prepared, organized and ready to manufacture a car deal
- Log every walk-in, phone-up and prospect into the dealership CRM and set appropriate next action
- Maintain certified status for all brands at your location
- Master and present the Ultimate Advantage to each customer when greeting
- Follow processes outlined by Tri Star
- Follow all sold and unsold customers daily, weekly, monthly and beyond as appropriate
- Walk new and used car inventory daily to stay abreast of changes in inventory
- Check in and out of dealership with Sales Manager and Receptionist
- Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles
- Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, meeting prospects at community activities, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions
- Qualifying buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests, matching requirements and interests to various models, building rapport
- Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features, taking drives, explaining warranties and services
- Close sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price, completing sales or purchase contracts, explaining provisions, explaining and offering warranties, services and financing, collecting payment, delivering automobile
- Provide sales management information by completing reports
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications
- Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
