- Negotiate agreements and close sales deals effectively
- Oversee outbound sales activities and ensure targets are met
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance
- Provide sales support and guidance to team members as needed
*Experience*
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and principles
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to analyze data, understand metrics, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in retail sales is advantageous
- Excellent math skills for analyzing sales data and forecasting trends

Pay: $90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
