*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dynamic General Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.

*Responsibilities*

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals

- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals

- Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty

- Negotiate agreements and close sales deals effectively

- Oversee outbound sales activities and ensure targets are met

- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance

- Provide sales support and guidance to team members as needed

*Experience*

- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and principles

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Ability to analyze data, understand metrics, and make data-driven decisions

- Experience in retail sales is advantageous

- Excellent math skills for analyzing sales data and forecasting trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
