We are looking for motivated individuals to work as catering drivers and set-up agents. Our drivers deliver a wide variety of foods to customers throughout Chicago. Once on site, the food must be unwrapped and displayed into an organized and appealing dining experience for our clients and their guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver food and supplies for catered functions to the scheduled locations in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain and clean the inside and outside of vans at the end of each day.
- Make efficient use of time by checking and assisting in checking food and drinks that are scheduled to leave the same day.
- Verify orders to ensure that all equipment and supplies have been loaded prior to departing.
- When issues arise that prevent the driver from performing tasks in a timely manner (i.e.Traffic), driver contacts client or office.
- Operate Tri-Star vans in a professional, safe and courteous manner.
- Perform daily maintenance checks and reports allmalfunctions to management.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.
All candidates should be able to lift and/or move up tt 50 lbs. throughout their workday.
All candidates must have a clean driving history and valid Illinois driver's license.
A background check will also be made for all new hires.
