Tri-Star Landscapes, LLC is hiring for its landscape construction division in Alcoa, TN 37701.
**This position is for a Skid Steer/Mini-Ex Operator**
Some dump truck driving may be needed, so a valid CDL is preferred. A clean driving record and valid class D license is also strongly preferred.
Work will be primarily new home construction with some commercial construction.
Job Duties Typically Include the Following:
>Grading (lot padding, rough grading, final grading, etc)
>Swale Installation
>Moving Materials
>Loading Trucks
>Gravel Installation
>MUST know how to correctly use a transit
>Minimal Hand Grading
