Position Summary
This position requires a highly organized individual who possesses strong initiative and has the ability to complete multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. This individual must be able to communicate effectively and understands the need to work in an integrated manner with other members of the department in furtherance of goals, objectives, and knowledge.
Job Essentials, Responsibilities, Duties
- Request new client bank accounts / credit cards / PEX accounts and cards for clients in all offices.
- Maintain client credit / debit / PEX cards according to Tri Star policy.
- Setup employee spend manager accounts.
- Process monthly bank account reconciliations.
- Notify staff of banking closures, deadlines, and system errors.
- Manage cash deposits on behalf of clients and corporate staff.
- Process all client and corporate check deposits.
- Process and manage cash requests from clients and corporate staff.
- Report Fraud and monitor client spending limits.
- Provide reporting and classification of Credit Card charges including ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Provide updates to internal team on the status of client applications and requests.
- Maintain relationship with bank and AMEX representatives.
- Handle other ad hoc duties as necessary.
