Position Summary
This position requires a highly organized individual who possesses strong initiative and has the ability to complete multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. This individual must be able to communicate effectively and understands the need to work in an integrated manner with other members of the department in furtherance of goals, objectives, and knowledge.
Job Essentials, Responsibilities, Duties
- Primary responsibilities involve overseeing the overall office activities, including the reception area, mail, vendor management and facilities.
- Manage all office management policies and procedures, including updating current policies and creating new.
- Maintain full knowledge of all office equipment.
- Maintain full knowledge of the receptionist’s duties.
- Manage all outside vendors including contract management and project management.
- Assist in the planning & execution of internal team-building activities, events, holiday gifts - seeking approval for calendar and budget.
- Coordinate communication of events / meetings to visiting TS employees.
- Create, monitor and adhere to office purchasing budgets.
- Contribute to the maintenance of client relations.
- Execution of special or ad hoc projects as directed by the Chief of Staff and CEO.
- Assist in the packing, distribution, and tracking of client, TA, peer & new employee gifts and encouragement campaigns.
- Coordinate all meals for meetings.
- Assist with champion brand & culture initiatives throughout the year.
- Assist IT Project Manager with new hire set ups.
- Assist IT Project Manager with equipment needs.

The salary offered to an applicant will be based on individual qualifications, skills, experience and education. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. This position is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and competitive benefits.
