Payroll recent experience is a must , including additional skills in; employee relations, talent development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HRIS. You’ll take charge of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Plus, you'll be instrumental in supporting HRIS and key HR processes across our companies. What You’ll Do :
- Set the Vision & Strategy – Define and execute HR strategies that align with overall business goals, partnering with executive leadership to drive success.
- Lead & Empower Teams – Guide HR staff, direct reports, and external support providers to create a high-performing HR function.
- Drive Talent Success – Lead the charge on Talent Acquisition & Management, ensuring our teams have the right people to fuel growth.
- Enhance Organizational Development – Implement programs that boost employee experience, retention, and overall workplace culture.
- Optimize HR Operations – Oversee HR processes, including compensation strategies, benefits administration, training & development, compliance, and payroll.
- Foster Continuous Improvement – Keep us ahead of the curve by implementing best practices and progressive HR solutions.
