We're seeking an experienced Precast Concrete Supervisor/Manager to spearhead our daily production of essential commercial and industrial concrete products. This is your chance to take ownership of the entire production lifecycle, mentor a skilled team, and ensure every piece meets rigorous industry standards (PCI, ASTM, TXDOT). Your Impact:

• Mentor & Lead: Guide a dedicated team, cultivating a strong safety-first, quality-focused environment.
• Master the Process: Oversee all production stages, from precision mold setup to final curing and finishing, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship.
• Uphold Standards: Implement and enforce robust quality control measures compliant with PCI, ASTM, TXDOT, and other key benchmarks.
• Drive Efficiency: Tackle production hurdles head-on, minimize downtime, and optimize workflow for smooth, continuous operations.
• Manage Resources: Maintain accurate production records, oversee inventory, and ensure materials are readily available.
• Achieve Goals: Collaborate with leadership to set and consistently exceed production targets.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2-5 years managing or supervising in commercial/industrial precast concrete production.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of concrete processes, quality control (especially TXDOT), and manufacturing safety protocols.
• Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Certification: PCI Level III Certification is Required.
