Please have 3 years of experience as a pre-construction Project Manager on commercial / K-12 / medical / healthcare / hospital construction projects!
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources utilizing Prolog Converge for comprehensive project tracking.
- Coordinate pre-construction meetings and facilitate project kick-off.
- Create, monitor, and update project schedules.
- Issue and distribute project documents (drawings, specifications, addenda, etc.).
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals (building permits, SWPPP, etc.).
- Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and product data.
- Generate estimates, proposals, and change orders.
- Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports.
- Compile and submit monthly pay applications.
- Track warranty items and project closeout.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with the estimating team on design progress budgets and subcontractor selection.
- Assist the superintendent with field operations and issue resolution.
- Mentor and train junior project team members.
- Manage document control processes, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Maintain project records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit required project closeout documents.
