Real Estate Specialist
We’re seeking a motivated Real Estate Specialist with experience in residential real estate, lending, or closings—whether as a realtor, loan officer, or closer. This fast-paced, hands-on role supports the sale and acquisition of homes while overseeing key aspects of property management and loan documentation.
- This is working onsite in San Antonio location - no remote or hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate transactions from listing to closing, including income verifications, eligibility reviews, and application processing
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, repairs, and warranty walkthroughs
- Prepare and review closing documents, funding instructions, restrictive covenants, and sales contracts
- Collaborate with title companies, lenders, contractors, and appraisers to ensure smooth closings
- Monitor homeownership programs, verify mortgage documents, and maintain compliance with HUD and agency policies
- Track and report program performance metrics and home sales progress
- Handle inquiries, support buyers, and deliver presentations to realtors, lenders, and the public
- Maintain marketing materials, signage, and listing tools
- Research liens, deed history, and assist with lien releases
- Stay current with affordable housing programs, including Section 32 and the Westside Reinvestment Initiative
What You Bring:
- 4 years of experience in residential real estate or lending
- Strong multitasking, communication, and document management skills
- Familiarity with real estate closings, HUD requirements, and city compliance
- 2 years of college coursework in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields
