This high-energy role will focus on full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. The recruiter will represent the organization at job fairs, professional associations, and community resource events, requiring flexibility in travel and scheduling, including early evenings and occasional Saturdays. The duration of this role is anticipated to be 4 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fill vacant positions efficiently.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to advertise openings.
- Attend and represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and networking functions.
- Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
- Maintain detailed staffing reports and track applicant data.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Valid Texas Class “C” driver’s license.
Work Schedule & Flexibility:
- The schedule will vary to accommodate recruitment events, including early evenings and occasional Saturdays.
- Travel between the central office and community locations will be required.
