RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the Expert – Apply your technical know-how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair advanced robotic systems.
- Solve Complex Challenges – Leverage experience and judgment to complete intricate tasks and achieve goals.
- Keep Robots Running – Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and conversions to optimize performance.
- Support Field Technicians – Provide top-tier technical assistance via phone and email to ensure field service success.
- Hands-On Impact – Work with Production and QC teams to assemble, rework, and test robotic systems.
- Train and Lead – Share your expertise by mentoring new team members in service processes and best practices.
- Stay Organized & Efficient – Maintain a clean, structured workspace and document all service and repair activities.
- Travel & Explore – Be ready for up to 25% travel (local and domestic) for field service assignments.
- Take on New Challenges – Jump into additional tasks and projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
- 2 years of experience in technical service, repair, or a related field.
- A strong passion for technology, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional, can-do attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Solid electronics knowledge and hands-on experience with schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
- Skilled in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment for servicing mechanical and electronic components.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Moderate computer skills for data entry and reporting.
