We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Repair Technician to maintain and repair dies, ensuring efficient production of stamped parts without defects. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, welding, grinding, and fabrication of die components. This role involves working with various machining equipment, handling press repairs, and operating overhead cranes for die transportation.
Responsibilities :
- Perform TIG welding, stick welding, grinding, and machining to repair or modify dies.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of damaged dies.
- Use milling machines, lathes, drill presses, and surface grinders for die component fabrication.
- Safely operate overhead cranes for die transport.
