Marketing Specialist Schedule : Tuesday-Friday between 8 : 00am-7 : 00pm AND Saturday or Sunday from 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Pay : $21.60 / hr. Job Duties : Capturing high-quality photos of adoptable pets and creating engaging social media content to promote adoption. Managing and updating social media platforms with compelling posts, videos, and success stories. Assisting with and actively participating in adoption events, ensuring a hands-on approach to engaging with potential adopters. Collaborating with team members to coordinate and support community outreach efforts. Working closely with a second team member while reporting to both the Pet Networking Team Supervisor and the Community Relations Supervisor. Receiving training on proper animal handling techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of animals and staff. Key Needs : Photography operations (lightroom editing), pet photography preferred Social media Marketing : must be social media savvy, posting to Instagram, Instagram stories / reels, etc. Most graphic design is already taken care of by others but there may be support of this function included Requirements : Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Valid Class "C" Texas Driver's License.
