We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in on-site emergency repair and maintenance of copiers , printers and specialized related devices.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Multi-function devices.
- Analyze schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain proper vehicle spare parts stock.
- Manage daily workload in territory for best productivity results.
- Complete manufacturer and in-house technical training as required.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of schematics and ability to analyze complex systems.
- A , Net or other related certification a definite plus.
- Proficiency in stick welding techniques is a plus.
- Strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in the use of basic hand tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
