Full-Time, In-Office Position:

Center City, Philadelphia


Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing opportunities to progress them through the pipeline

• Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them with value-added guidance based on data and tactical strategy in current market conditions

• Study your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current market deals.

• Research the market daily - new listings and price reductions

• Advertise your services to the local community through marketing materials and networking by being a resource for the latest information

• Locate sites in our vast database of exclusive and non-exclusive listings

• Take clients on tours of spaces that meet their criteria

• Negotiate initial offers and terms

• Execute deals with your team or independently

• Attend team meetings

• Attend training and educational opportunities regularly

• Doing real estate deals but feel you aren’t reaching your full potential or goals

• Self-motivated and ambitious

• Work well in a team

• Responsible and diligent with strong attention to detail

• Able to work on multiple projects at the same time

• Have a positive and can-do attitude

• Actively working on bettering yourself personally, professionally, and financially

• Not afraid of hard work


Qualifications:

• An active Real Estate License

• Comfortable with deal-making, negotiations, reviewing leases

• Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business

• A strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor

• Working knowledge of Google G-Suite applications or eagerness to learn them as well as comfortable with basic computer skills.
