We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Tri-State Community Healthcare Center. As a primary care provider, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care in family medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics.
About the Role
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment following established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet patients' unique needs and ensure continuity of care.
- Supervise clinic staff, including Medical Assistants, and Community Health Workers, while managing daily clinic operations.
- Lead patient and community health education classes.
- Participate in case management meetings, research initiatives, and the clinic's clinical committee.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience (preferred).
