We are Tri-State Cut Stone & Brick Co, and we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing company. Tri-State has been in business for over 60years providing custom limestone, masonry brick, landscaping products, and supporting materials to the construction industry. Our success is due to our ability to adapt to market trends and changes while delivering the best products available. How we have been able to do this is by maintaining our focus on reliability, dependability, and our attention to detail. These are the key traits we are looking for in the candidate to fill this position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Assist in product selection with showroom/walk-in customers.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads.
- Develop and support meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales staff to develop quotes, order entry, and maintain product materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge/familiarity with the following:
- Masonry brick colors, textures, and suppliers
- Veneer stone colors, textures, and suppliers
- Masonry mortars
- Indiana limestone sills, headers, hearth stones
- Landscape hardscape pavers, walls, and coping materials
- Examples are Unilock, County Materials, Endicott Pavers
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
