As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for utilizing provided reports to enhance inside sales, maintaining an established customer base through weekly calls and emails, handling order entry and quote preparation, working hand in hand with Outside Sales force, and performing prior scheduling and AP/AR tasks. Prior experience in HVAC and data entry is highly desirable.
