Job Title: Client Solutions Manager
Location: Columbia, SC
Work Schedule: On-site, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 8-hour shift, Weekends as needed
Compensation: Base pay plus commission, uncapped earnings
Job Summary:
TriState Horizons is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Solutions Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships, and driving sales in a retail setting. You will liaise directly with customers, offering product and service recommendations to meet their needs while achieving company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers face-to-face in a retail environment, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide tailored solutions and ensure satisfaction.
- Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Build and maintain trust with customers through clear, open, and interactive communication at retail-based events.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using appropriate tools and methods.
- Assist customers in selecting merchandise or services that meet their needs.
- Complete transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Drive sales by recommending products and services, upselling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Answer customer questions regarding the company's products, services, and promotions.
- Monitor project performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and customer trends to provide the best possible service.

Requirements:
