Job Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Sales Trainee Manager, you will be responsible for learning the ins and outs of our sales and events processes while helping with the following tasks:
- Generate Regular Sales Reports: Track and analyze sales data to ensure growth and identify opportunities.
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions and provide detailed information about products and services.
- Create Brand Awareness: Help promote our clients’ brands through various marketing and sales strategies.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Collaborate with other team members to discuss goals, strategies, and performance.
- Develop Innovative Training Methods: Assist in developing new training techniques for our team to enhance productivity and sales results.
- Attend Client Meetings: Engage with clients for business development and sales presentations.
- Travel to Business Development Events: Represent the company at local and domestic events to build brand presence and network with potential clients.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers on behalf of our clients.
- Promote Products and Services: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
