Job Summary :
Oversees and directs the office functions and duties to ensure an efficient and effective operation of the Clinic. This candidate must possess the ability to provide exceptional customer service to the patient by scheduling appointments, registration, maintaining supplies, filing reports and obtaining insurance authorizations. Education and Training :
High School graduate or GED
Experience :
Two years previous provider office experience preferred
Skills and Abilities :
Familiarity with medical terminology and surgical procedures nomenclature
Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, strong interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, other office software and hardware
