We fabricate a variety of Metal Roofing Panels and Custom Trim in-house on CNC-type machines. We are a growing company with room for advancement and are searching for driven individuals who would like to be a part of our team. We are looking for a CSR (Customer Service Represenitive) to work our front desk assisting customers.
We are looking for a CSR (Customer Service Represenitive). This position is the ‘face’ of the store. It is fast-paced and needs precise attention to detail. This position will oversee all Metal Package sales. Being organized and having the ability to multi-task is essential. Range of duties includes taking POS metal orders in person, over the phone, and by email, providing quotes, and scheduling deliveries. Knowing measurements and basic math is a must.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Customer Service
- Preferred minimum of 1-2 years construction industry sales.
- Above average math skills
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Computer skills and aptitude to learn new programs
Requirements:
- High School graduate
- Reliable Transportation
- Eligibility to work in the US
- Successful background and pre-employment drug test
