Job Title: Lodge Attendant (facility cleaner/caretaker)

Schedule: Flexible Hours/Part-Time/includes some weekend hours
Job Summary:
Responsible to ensure a high standard of operation and cleanliness throughout the Lodge. Confirm all amenities are in proper working order and well stocked. Coordinate and schedule other regular maintenance as needed. Communicate with guests, staff and others while providing excellent service
Key Accountabilities (Essential Functions):Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Housekeeping to include but not limited to: wipe down counters and clean kitchen appliances, sweep/mop floors, clean windows, dust fixtures, take out trash, report operational issues to maintenance or the I.T. department.
2. Lodge laundry to include towels for locker rooms, kitchen, and workout room..
3. Inspect all table games are properly working, clean and well maintained.
4. Regularly inspect all areas of the Lodge to confirm no damage and well maintained and in good working order.
5. Keep supplies stocked as needed.
6. Communicates in a respectful and collaborative manner with coworkers, manager and others in the workplace.
7. Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
8. Follows direction, is engaged and productive and is flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and expectations.
9. Consistently maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
10. Demonstrates the Company’s core values and complies with Company policies and procedures.
11. Perform other special projects or new duties as assigned.

General Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Knowledge: Must possess broad knowledge and may be expected to provide assistance and instruction to others. Has the ability to identify and resolve problems based on knowledge.
Experience: Demonstrate ability to perform in complex, dynamic environment.
