Medical Office Receptionist (Full-Time)
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Shift: Days – 10 Hour Shifts

The Front Desk employee, under the direction of the Director of Operations, is responsible for checking patients in and out of the office. This person ensures that all of the proper paperwork is completed and filed thoroughly and accurately. Regular attendance is an essential part of this job.

Essential Functions:
- Welcome on-site patients and visitors by greeting them warmly and professionally.
- Register patients (check-in/out) and maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, insurance, and demographic information in accordance with doctor preference and compliance requirements.
- Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Scheduling/rescheduling appointments for patients in accordance with established procedures.
- Process and collect patient payments for copays, balances, DME, and form requests.
- Maintain operations by following policies and opening/closing procedures.
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- At least 2 years customer service experience
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new computer programs quickly
- Flexibility to work between the hours of 6:30AM – 5:00PM
