What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pest Control Technician position at Tri-State Pest Control Inc?

Job Description

Description :

Build and maintain good customer relations with our customers
Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures Complete and submit daily service reports as required
Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
Look to implement effective solutions whenever possible
Advise customers of potential problems
Maintain service equipment and vehicle in clean and proper operating condition.
Maintain a safe driving record
Complete federal, state, local and company required training programs for proper certification.
Creative lead generation with in-field prospecting, cold calling and networking with past relationships whenever possible
Other duties as assigned.
Assist on other routes and services as required by management when needed. Maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements :

Independent and confident personality

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Current clean driving record is required

Prior pest control experience is a plus

Ability to interact on a professional level with our customers and with our support staff in the office

Excellent time management skills
