Job Summary
We are a small, privately-owned business that provides high-quality services due to water, fire, smoke and mold damage. We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking individual to join our team.
Duties
- Drive to and from job sites in company vehicles.
-Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
-Document work completed and equipment used.
- Communicate with office staff, customers and clients.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work sites and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Gather materials needed for a job, load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools.
- Tear out and/or clean affected building materials due to water, fire or mold damage.
- Perform general carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting and installation of building materials.
- Crawl in small spaces at times like attics and crawl spaces to complete tasks.
- Clean workspaces in detail.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have some in flooring installation or drywall taping and mudding.
This position can be physically demanding at times and requires attention to detail, as well as the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. One day, you may be installing new flooring, the next, be cleaning up from sewer damage in a crawlspace.
