Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Damage Restoration Specialist to join our team at Tri State Restorations. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will be responsible for responding to client emergencies, utilizing IICRC standard operating procedures to clean, mitigate, and restore properties after water, fire, or sewage losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize IICRC standard operating procedures to clean, mitigate, and restore properties
- Perform cleaning and disinfection services according to industry standards
- Participate in 24/7 on-call emergency service schedule rotation
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in disaster recovery and/or construction
- Must be able to use Company's job management system on iPad or phone
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
