We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using computerized systems.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Handle clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Support administrative functions by preparing materials for meetings and presentations.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency.
- Run Payroll

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities to ensure document accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
