Tri- State is searching for an assistant office administrator who can continue to help our company grow. We are seeking an individual who can have a true impact on a small, family owned business. The candidate must be able to handle the ever changing world of large construction projects. The ideal person will be able to conduct accounting needs, data entry, and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Correspondence with clients and staff
- Record keeping
- Payroll (Current System: Paychex Flex)
- Accounting Payable and Receivable (QuickBooks)
- Handling of construction documents (COI, Bonds, AIA, Change Orders, etc.)
Knowledge/ Skills
- Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft Word/ Google Docs
- Technical Literacy
- Accounting
- Communication- Written and Verbal
- Adaptability and Time Management
