Job Summary
Tri-State Trailer Sales, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, strong Parts Manager to oversee our Parts Department and create an excellent customer experience!
We are a full-service semi-trailer dealership including Sales, Rental/Leasing, and Service and Parts department. We have been in business for 40 years, and a leader in the transportation equipment sales industry.
Parts Manager Responsibilities:
* Responsible for overall profitability, customer service, parts sales and general management of the parts department and outside parts sales
* Receive and fill telephone orders for parts
* Managing inventory of stock
* Replacing new merchandise on display
* Scheduling of parts delivery trucks
* Handling invoices and paperwork for the parts department
Qualifications:
Must have current knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
* Semi-trailers
* Semi-trucks
* Heavy duty automotive, or any related equipment with air brakes
- Ability to prioritize and multitask daily work activities in an extremely fast paced, hands on management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player winning attitude with a positive and professional demeanor
- Lifting of parts will be required, parts weighing over 50 lbs. is common
Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
