Description
Advantage Truck Group (ATG) has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Diesel Technician to join our Mobile Team. Mobile Technicians are responsible for on site repairs and fleet maintenance for customer accounts along with road-side repairs. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled, efficient and knowledgeable technician to work independently.
Compensation
- Hourly pay rates : $22 -$50 D.O.E.
- Overtime pay rate time and a half
- Bonus monthly performance pay program

Performs work on repair order in accordance with dealership and factory standardsRaise trucks, buses, and heavy parts or equipment by using hydraulic jacks or hoistsDo routine maintenance, oil changes, battery check, lubricating equipment and partsInspect, repair, or overhaul buses, trucks, and heavy equipment.Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, etc.Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repairRead and interpret diagnostic test results.Communicates with service advisor / dispatcher immediately if additional work is neededCommunicates with parts department to obtain needed partsRepair or replace malfunctioning components, parts, mechanical or electrical equipment.Adjust and align wheels, tighten bolts and screws, and attach system components.Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customerTest-drive vehicles to ensure that they run correctly after repair.Desired Education and / or Experience
