Tri-State Truck Center, Inc. has an opportunity available for a highly motivated Truck Lease Sales Representative to join our leasing family at the Springfield, MO location. The candidate must be energetic, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualification requirements:
- Generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships within AOR
- Maintains contacts with customers in relation to their requirements
- Identify fleet operators and develop prospects towards profitable rental, lease, and fleet services.
- Understand truck specifications, capacities required per application, truck terms per application.
- Develops proper equipment specification for opportunities by keeping current on medium- and heavy-duty truck specifications, including legal, performance, and application criteria.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Keeps records and makes reports on all phases of leasing activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have 3 years of experience as a commercial leasing sales agent.
