Tri-State Truck & Equipment Sales is hiring an Administrative Sales Assistant to support the sales team and operations!
Position Overview:
The Admin Sales Assistant at Tri-State Truck & Equipment Sales plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by ensuring operational efficiency and assisting with a range of administrative and sales-related tasks. You’ll work closely with the sales department, maintaining data, processing documents, and managing relationships both internally and with external parties, including the Delaware DMV.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
Maintain and update sales and inventory data across multiple platforms including ImanPro, Excel, and Access.
2. Document Processing:
Fully process all documents from purchase to sale of vehicles. This includes handling paperwork, titles, and any associated documents to ensure a smooth transaction.
3. Administrative Support:
Perform various administrative tasks such as creating files, answering incoming calls, and managing other routine office functions.
5. Sales Backup:
Provide backup sales support when needed, helping the sales team always maintain productivity.
Position Requirements:
· At least 3 years’ of professional experience in office setting.
· High School Graduate

· 40 Hours: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with 30-minute break and occasional overtime.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, the sales team, and external vendors like the DMV.
· Self-Starter & Multi-Tasking: The ability to work independently, proactively manage tasks, and juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
· Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff.
· Detail-Oriented: You should be able to handle administrative details accurately and in a timely manner.
· Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new processes or changes in a busy environment.
· Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks simultaneously
· Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve issues that arise in the sales or documentation process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
