Responsibilities:
- Assist crews in the installation and maintenance of natural gas.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work site
- Operate hand tools and support equipment (training provided)
- Follow directions from foremen and crew leads
- Perform site cleanup and basic labor tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- No prior construction experience required — we’ll train motivated individuals
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- CDL a plus (but not required)
