Office Administrator
Location: Cape Girardeau, MO
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Tri-State Water, Power & Air is looking for a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and sort incoming mail.
- Post payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping or payment processing is a plus.
