What You’ll Do
- Identify and Qualify Leads: Research potential clients who showed interest but didn't complete a purchase.
- Reengage Prospects: Reach out to past leads, reigniting interest in our products and services.
- Build Relationships: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to foster long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate Product Expertise: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and industry trends to communicate value effectively.
- Deliver Sales Presentations: Offer compelling product presentations that address customer concerns and objections.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals by closing sales and upselling additional services.
- Collaborate: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (telemarketing, retail/counter sales, or outside sales).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in the home services or construction industry is a plus.
