Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our HR functions and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
HR Duties
- Manage the hiring, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct driving records and periodic checks.
- Oversee and schedule drug testing procedures.
- Handle employee PTO requests and records.
- Manage employee insurance plans and IRA accounts.
Administrative Duties
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and document management.
- Maintain and update office records and filing systems.
- Handle internal and external communications, including phone calls and emails.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.
We are looking for part time, with the potential for full time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
