Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our HR functions and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

HR Duties

  • Manage the hiring, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct driving records and periodic checks.
  • Oversee and schedule drug testing procedures.
  • Handle employee PTO requests and records.
  • Manage employee insurance plans and IRA accounts.

Administrative Duties

  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and document management.
  • Maintain and update office records and filing systems.
  • Handle internal and external communications, including phone calls and emails.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.

We are looking for part time, with the potential for full time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Salary : $19 - $25
