What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Superintendent position at Tri-State?
Residential superintendent for mixed use walk up building. Need experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, plaster, and painting. Must have own tools. Responsibilities include boiler maintenance and inspection, interior and exterior cleaning, janitorial work, tenant repairs and maintenance requests, garbage and recycling done in compliance with NYC laws. Strong interpersonal skills in working with tenants and other individuals. Responsible for rent collection and lease renewal distribution on monthly basis.
