Duties Include:
- Collaborate as member of management team to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Austin store.
- Consistently coach employees to increase impact through improved communications and training.
- Coordinate projects to meet deadlines for sales and inventory.
- Review customer satisfaction and take steps to be sure each client is completely satisfied.
- Collaborate with key department directors within the organization.
- Respond to issues, examine options and alternatives, and make informed decisions addressing problems as they arise.
Skills and Experience needed:
- 2 years supervisory experience required with background in sales or customer service preferred.
- Ability to remain calm during all situations; provide constructive feedback; able to inspire teamwork and respect.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with typical office and point-of-sale software systems.
- Highly organized, detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
- Must possess the ability to train and motivate staff members.
- Ability to work independently and under direction.
- Exercise sound judgment with regards to issue escalation.
- Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
