What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Inspection Manager position at Tri-Tech Forensics?
We are Tri-Tech Forensics, a company that assembles convenience kits to support first responders. Our goal is to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
In this role, you will manage a team of quality inspectors who perform routine quality assessments on incoming materials and outgoing products.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining files with bill of materials and photos that inspectors use to inspect each product.
- Maintaining product libraries with current product samples and specifications is also crucial.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, particularly when it comes to reviewing completed inspection records for accuracy and maintaining email communications with production, purchasing & warehouse teams on status of inspections.
- Occasional absences by inspectors should be filled in by the successful candidate, who will also support shipping by verifying critical pending shipments have been inspected.
