What are the responsibilities and job description for the Future Paraprofessional Positions position at TRI-VALLEY LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT?
This notice is to announce that classified openings may be available in the Tri-Valley Local School District. These potential openings may arise due to upcoming retirements or resignations. The district is announcing these possible positions so that we might have a viable applicant pool should a vacancy arise, but in no way is guaranteeing that any vacancies will exist.
Areas of classified vacancies include:
Educational Aides, Special Education Assistants
Paraprofessional applicants must have a valid Paraprofessional licensure through the Ohio Department of Education. To apply for this licensure, please visit the Ohio Department of Education website at http://education.ohio.gov or contact the district office at 740-754-1442 to obtain instructions. Taking the Paraprofessional PRAXIS test will be required once you have been hired if you do not already have an associate degree (or higher) from an accredited institution of higher education; or at least two years of study at an accredited institution of higher education (defined as 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours).
