About This Role:
Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Integration Engineer. The Integration Engineer, Expert, will develop and implement a plan to integrate at least six systems within a Product Line at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The plan must include incremental steps for modernizing the integrated technology platform and increasing automated capabilities for end-users. The Integration Engineer, Expert, must consider testing requirements, security needs, Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements, cost, and SAFe/DevSecOps principals in all integration plans and activities. The “Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working as a contractor or an employee for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
- Hands-on technical Jira/GitHub Administration.
- Ability to work under pressure, coordinate multiple assignments at once, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience managing/facilitating reviews of Kanban boards.
- Experience working in Jira and DevSecOps tools.
- Experience with security controls and ATO support.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
- Able to read code, with development experience, and perform research when necessary. Will also provide oversight into current methodologies used by the development team in the delivery of custom-coded software using tools, including but not limited to, GitHub, Jenkins, and Jira.
