We are in search of a Bank Lobby Assistant Manager who will support the day-to-day operations of the bank lobby, ensuring an excellent customer experience, smooth workflow, and adherence to operational standards. This role involves managing a team of lobby staff, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet branch goals and deliver exceptional service.
