Job Description:
Triad Cleaning Crew is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to ensure that our cleaning services consistently meet high standards. This role is responsible for overseeing job sites, conducting inspections, training employees, and addressing quality concerns to maintain client satisfaction.
This position requires hands-on cleaning—the Quality Control Supervisor will be expected to fill in for absent employees, assist with cleaning duties as needed, and provide last-minute coverage when necessary to ensure all job sites are properly maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality inspections at various job sites
- Provide feedback and training to cleaning staff to ensure standards are met
- Address and resolve customer concerns regarding cleaning quality
- Ensure employees follow company cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain detailed reports on inspections and any corrective actions taken
- Step in to clean and fill in for absent team members when necessary
- Travel to different job sites within a 30-minute to 1-hour radius
- Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or quality control is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
- Willingness to actively participate in cleaning duties and step in when needed
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and train employees effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
