What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) / Direct Support Professional position at Triad Coordinated Services Inc.?
We are currently hiring for Part-Time In-Home Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) Direct Support Professional in Winston Salem and surrounding areas to provide one-on-one, direct-care services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the client’s community and home. Students studying Special Education, Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy, etc are welcome and encouraged to apply to gain experience.
Upon completion of the screening process which includes background and driving record checks and once you are selected to work with a client, you will complete trainings in CPR and First Aid, North Carolina Interventions (NCI), Orientation, and client specific training. Clients with Behavior Intervention Plans will require additional training and some ABA training may be provided. Transportation is required along with a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, High School diploma or the equivalent.
Hours vary. We offer a flexible schedule. Hourly range of $18 /hr.
