Sales Representative
Triad Corrugated Metal is a leading manufacturing of premium metal roofing and building components in the southeast and we are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals in person, over the phone and via email. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through proactive outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and pain points.
- Present product/service offerings persuasively to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deals in the CRM system
- Ensure that the retail store environment is arranged and maintained in a manner that ensures productivity, safety and convenience for personnel and customers
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and produce/service enhancements.
Sales Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Prior sales experience required (1-3 years min)
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and build rapport.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual preferred
