We are currently seeking a self-motivated, knowledgeable Surgical Counselor with excellent customer service, organizational and administrative skills.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in order to meet the patient surgical scheduling volumes.
For this role, the applicant will need to have:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Well-organized, with a strong attention to detail
· Advanced problem solving skills
· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to work independently and as a team member
Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
2. Two year’s experience in a surgical specialty practice, ophthalmology preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
