Description
This Personal Lines Agent position is an in-house role that will work from our Headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full time position with a salary range of $50K to $53K, depending on skill-set, education, licensure and job fit. Essential Functions :
- Ability to persuade prospective clients or dealers to engage in a phone conversation to discuss insurance products
- Ability to explain Homeowners Insurance coverage to prospective and current insureds
- Complete and submit applications, issue quotes, bind coverage
- Maintain client records in management system, we use Hawk Soft
- Meet KPI's and volume requirement goals set by your Supervisor
- Assist in coaching of Customer Service Reps where appropriate
